Complaints and Appeals:
The authors are welcome to submit their complaints about: appeal against rejection, publication process and delay in reviewing time. The response to any complaints relevant to publication ethics will be handled according to the Committee on Publication Ethics, which is followed by the Editor-in-Chief. The complainant can submit a complaint the Committee on Publication Ethics if the decision is not satisfactory.
All complaints are received directly by the Editor-in-Chief via E-mail.
